September 20th at Carpenter Park, Vendor booths are open from 12p to 5p, Kids’ activities run from 12:00–4:00 PM
We encourage you to stay afterward and enjoy the food, music, and evening entertainment until the festival ends at 11p
Here are the key details to help you prepare:
Arrival & Setup
- The park will be open starting at 8:00 AM for vendor setup
- Please be fully set up and ready by 11:30 AM
- Festival hours: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Vendor booths are open to the public from 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Kids’ activities run from 12:00 – 4:00 PM
- Last call is at 10:30 PM
- Food, music, and evening entertainment ends at 11:00 PM
Power
Please note: no electricity is available onsite. Be sure to bring everything you’ll need for your booth (battery packs, lighting, etc.).
Garbage & Clean-Up
- Please bring extra garbage bags for your booth and keep your area tidy throughout the day.
- Dumpsters will be located onsite—please make sure all trash is bagged and disposed of before you leave.
- Grease, oils, and other liquids must not be dumped on the ground.
Food & Beverage Guidelines
The Village has partnered with the Chamber as the only Liquor provider for the event. Anyone selling alcohol will be told to leave and escorted by Police. We have a zero-tolerance rule in place.
Parking & Vehicles
- A parking lot is available near the vendor area. We recommend moving vehicles after unloading to allow more parking for community guests (this also helps with traffic flow and your booth attendance).
- Additional parking will also be available along Lord Street.
Vendor Spaces
- Each vendor will be assigned a numbered location (see below).
- Your space will be clearly marked with a flag displaying your number for easy check-in and setup.
