WE’LL HAVE BUBBLES, THE BANNER, BEADS AND CANDY FOR THE SHORT, FLAT PARADE ROUTE!
SHOW YOUR COLORS, DRESS IN RED, WHITE, AND BLUE!

Hi Parade Friends,
The Carpentersville Independence Day Parade is TOMORROW, and we’re thrilled to have you joining us in the lineup this Saturday, June 28!
Below are the final details to help your day go smoothly:

Line-Up Location & Time

• Line-up begins at 8:30 AM
• Parade kicks off promptly at 10:00 AM
• Line-up will take place at 13 E Main St., Carpentersville, IL (Otto’s Parking Lot, southeast corner of Lincoln Ave & Main St.)

Please note: There is no designated participant parking, so we encourage carpooling or early arrival to find parking nearby.
Roads along the parade route will begin closing at 9:45 AM, so plan accordingly to avoid delays.

What to Bring / Know

• Bring water to stay hydrated
• Don’t forget sunscreen and hats — shade may be limited
• A portable restroom will be available in the staging area
• Make sure your float or walking group is ready to roll by 9:45 AM

The Parade will Kick off at Lincoln Ave. and Main St. will travel East on Main St.

• Turn South on Washington Ave.
• Turn East on Spring St.
• Turn North on Lord Ave.
• Turn East on Maple
• End at Carpenter Park
